Program Overview
This 2-part course is designed to provide participants with the roles and functions of MDS 3.0 in skilled nursing facilities. The concept of MDS 3.0 focuses on the optimal improvement of the resident’s assessment physical, mental, psycho-social well-being while reporting quality of care & reimbursement payments.
Intended Audience:
This training is great for all SNF Team members including MDS Nurses, DONs, ADON, Rehab, Social Service, Admissions, Restorative Nurse, Nurse Managers, Business Office, Nurse Practitioners, etc.

- Review and Practice of the MDS 3.0 form

- Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM)
